Permanent Make-Up
Terms & Conditions
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, a reschedule will be required.
I understand that all permanent makeup services require at least one follow up appointment at 6 to 8 weeks. This touchup is not included in the initial service price. All 6 to 8 week, single service perfection touchups for full price initial services on brows, eyeliner & lip blushing are $150 and will be paid at the touchup appointment. Other services such as faux freckles, scar camouflage, tattoo removal & beauty marks are prices per session.
All services require a deposit of $50 per service. This deposit will be applies to your final session with us for the specified service.
If you choose to schedule your perfection touchup past the 8 week mark, the price for the touchup will be $249.
While most people will not need a touchup for 1 to 3 years, some people may need touchups more frequently.
We accept cash & card only. All debit/credit transactions will will have a 3.99% processing fee.
People under the age of 18 are not permitted in the treatment area unless this individual is the client and parental written and notarized consent has been established.
Children are not permitted in the treatment area. This means childcare will need to be found prior to the appointment time. If a client arrives with a person under the age of 18, the appointment will be cancelled and 50% of the full service amount will be charged to the card on file. Additionally, you will need to pay another $50 deposit to reschedule. Your original deposit will not count towards the total price of your rescheduled service or touchup.
If you show up to your appointment intoxicated, your service will need to be rescheduled for a later date and 50% of the service fee will be charged to your card on file. This charge will not go toward the payment for your rescheduled appointment. Additionally, a new deposit will need to be placed to reschedule. Your original deposit will not count toward the total price of your rescheduled service or touchup.
Cancellations at least 24 hours prior to service will be able to reschedule 1X without repaying the deposit.
If clients cancel less than 24 hours in advance, the client will need to pay another deposit before rescheduling their appointment.
Deposits are always non-refundable and will not go towards the 50% charge for no call no shows or children brought to the appointments causing cancellation.
Payments in full are non-refundable.
Payments in full can reschedule at no additional charge 1X, if, the cancellation is at least 24 hours prior to service. If it is less than 24 hours notice, a $50 deposit will need to be placed for the reschedule. This $50 will not go toward the total of your final appointment.
No call no shows will be charged 50% of the full service amount. If the client choose to reschedule after a no call no show, this fee will not go towards the total of that appointment. Additionally, the client will need to pay the full service amount, up front, when rebooking.
If a no call no show client has paid in full for the appointment they failed to come to, this will be considered the full service amount and you will not be charged the 50% fee. However, you will need to pay the full service amount once again if you wish to rebook.
It is considered a no call no show if the client does not reach out at least 3 hour prior to appointment time.
Calling and leaving a message or text messages will be the only valid form of cancellations or rescheduling.
Your card will be kept on file with Beyond Ink Permanent Cosmetics. This card will be charged if any of the above incidences occur. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you are giving Beyond Ink Permanent Cosmetics LLC permission to charge this card the stated amounts in the event that any of the above occur.
