Our Space

The salon
We have 3 salon chairs that could be utilized for hair specialists, and 2 available shampoo bowls included. Each chair has their own storage cabinets, and there is also shared cabinets in the shampoo room! These chairs could also be converted into a nail technicians space. and one of the shampoo bowls could be converted into another pedicure bowl!
Salon Chairs are $880 per month, tax included. That is $220 per week, paid on Monday’s.
Room 2
Room 2 is a spacious room that would be best for estheticians or body sculpting specialists. Plumbed and plenty of storage. This room offers about 100 square feet, and includes the table!
If you have your own table or other equipment and do not want this table, please let us know!
This room is about 11’ x 9’ (about 99 sq ft) and is $1000 per month, tax included. That is $250 per week, paid on Monday’s.
Minimum 6 month commitment required.
Although included in pictures and videos, the rooms do NOT include products, linens, machines or other tools. You would be responsible for supplying linens, products, machines, etc.
Room 3
Room 3 is another spacious room that would be best for estheticians or body sculpting specialists. Plumbed and plenty of storage. This room offers about 100 square feet, and includes the table!
If you have your own table or other equipment and do not want this table, please let us know!
This room is about 11’ x 9’ (about 99 sq ft) and is $1000 per month, tax included. That is $250 per week, paid on Monday’s.

Room 6
Room 6 is a cozy room that would be best for wax specialists, or lash technicians. Plumbed and plenty of storage. This room offers about 60 square feet, and includes the table!
If you have your own table and do not want this table, please let us know!
This room is about 11’ x 5’ (about 80 sq ft) and is $700 per month, tax included. That is $175 per week, paid on Monday’s.
Minimum 6 month commitment required.
